Hi, I’m Maya! I’m an RYT-200 yoga teacher, professional travel planner, writer, mental health advocate, certified personal trainer, and group fitness and barre instructor. I’ve spent the past 18 years in the travel and wellness fields, and the past eight years as a patient advocate for mental health and other chronic illnesses. I’m a yoga instructor, and working on self-publishing my first novel. I’ve finally taken the step of all of my passions and experience into one site.
